About Me

I’m just a mum to 4 kids, and 2 dogs, who figured out the secret to a fulfilled life. For me fulfillment means plenty of adventure, travel, Nature, service to others (and myself)  and freedom from the 9-5 grind! 

At 36 I realised I wasn’t happy - in my job and in my relationships. I was unfulfilled, had no idea what my soul purpose was and felt disconnected and disempowered. I wanted to find out who I was at soul level and what I wanted in life. And so I started a journey of discovery that wasn’t about business at all initially. 

It took until I was 40 to understand that life can be so simple, so happy and so aligned. But once I figured out the secret to finding that missing piece of the puzzle, I just wanted to shout it from the rooftops!  Why don’t they teach these things in school?

And I knew that I had to teach this and use this incredible knowledge to support other women to discover their purpose, connect with their soul and create their version of a freaking awesome life. 

I’m not your average spiritual coach. My connection with the Universe and all things ‘woo’ goes hand in hand with a strong belief that Spirituality and Science are like two sides of the same coin, rather than being in opposition with each other. When we harness the power of this incredible combination we can literally create the reality we want for ourselves; manifesting abundance into our lives in all things: wealth, health, purpose, love, fulfilment, career success, freedom...

I work with  a method of healing & manifesting that perfectly blends spirituality and science, with incredible success in my own life. Within a few years I went from being a divorced mum with huge debt and working a job that was literally draining the life out of my soul, to being married to my soul mate, owning and renovating my beautiful home, activating my spiritual gifts, healing my body and founding a successful business that gives me purpose, fulfillment and the freedom lifestyle I crave. Best of all, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.

    10 years ago I was facing redundancy. I re-trained and started my business from home. My business has constantly evolved over the years and eventually Soulution Coaching was born out of a desire to help other women heal, transform their lives, connect with their spirit team and discover their purpose like I have. My business has grown and flourished just as I have myself. It’s one of my biggest manifestations and brings me fulfillment every day.

  • Intuitive Energy Healer

    Energy work and healing is something that never fails to blow me away. Healing and clearing my own energy blocks and past life and generational imprints has been life changing for me. Watching the physical and emotional healing that takes place as a result of the healing services I offer is something I am grateful for every day.

  • Educator

    Prior to starting my business, I taught child protection to school staff. Teaching is something I love, so I’ve brought it into my business.

    I now teach other women to become Activation Method® Practitioners, so that they too can develop their businesses in the healing and spiritual field.
