Silent Counselling diffuses the root cause of an energy block by discharging the negative emotional burdens of them.

It's done without the need for you talk about, and therefore, re-live past traumas or fears (although you’re welcome to talk about it if you choose to). This also means that, if you're carrying an energy block from an event in a past life, you can easily release this block, and the impact of it in this life, despite not consciously remembering the root cause event.

During the sessions I use a combination of muscle testing techniques and my own channelling abilities to identify where energy blocks are being held in the body and why they're there. We then use the meridian points and breathwork release to release the negative emotions and limiting beliefs and clear them across all timelines.
